I'm more than happy with the practical sort, as a rule... [Though she isn't always very practical.]

Oh, yeah. Yes, they are. Everything's in the right place, didn't turn into a giant hand. Which tends to happen when things go wibbly.

Wouldn't want too many disembodied hands wandering about, anyhow. People tend to not like that.

Like ... does it matter, though? I mean - if you had a girlfriend that most people found a bit ... intimidating?

So not looking for hookups anymore. I've kind of quit the bar scene. Little sad at 22, but ya know ... when you get tired of it, you get tired of if ... y'know?

I do, I'm a romantic at heart. What kind of things are you into?

I like to think that I am, too, even after having had a really broken heart. Uh - I study a lot, and work in a museum. When I'm doing that, I like to hike 'round the trails in the park near my apartment. I go to karaoke quite a bit, too, 'cause I love to sing. I know how to play the piano, but I'm teaching myself guitar. You?

DESCRIBE YOURSELF: Uh... I'm short and blonde, with greenish eyes. I think I'm pretty, and I get told I'm pretty a lot. I like to think I'm nice and friendly unless maybe I'm in a bad mood or someone annoys me. I like to travel a lot, and eventually I'd like to see the world.
LOOKING FOR: Friends or dating, whichever. Just, you know, specify.
WHAT YOU LOOK FOR IN A FRIEND/PARTNER: For friends, - I like lots of new friends, people who are friendly, smart, and who maybe aren't the type to judge others. People to travel with, have adventures with, and mostly just to talk to and laugh with. Sometimes it's hard for me to make friends, but I'm trying to get better about it, and learn to trust people more ( ... )

Oh, I'd love to travel with you! I'm not sure if I'm the best conversationalist, but I'm learning to trust people more, too, so we can work on that together!

So I guess I'm talking about friendship!

Maybe working on it with someone else would make it easier. I can be pretty awful at small-talk, but I'm working on that, too. Like, reading the news and stuff so I know what's going on in the world.

Oh, I'm starting to know a lot of what's going on in the world, or at least the part of it where I live.
