[Jace is racing and rolling through the snow like it is the greatest thing ever. Kicking up great white clouds of it, hopping through the snow in puffy leaps that cause tiny snow showers and deep impressions, rolling around in it until it clings to his fur everywhere. Snow snow snow!]
[Noah is still in the thicket, barely letting himelf breathe in case he misses anything. Wolf.. it's a wolf! Big guy, heh. He raises his camera slightly, shifting onto his knees a bit lower...]
[Jace hasn't caught his scent yet as he tunnels through the snow before bursting out of it in another cloud of white. This field has become his personal playground, and he fully intends to make use of it for as long as he can. He takes a moment to stop and shake the snow off his fur, scratching at his ear to knock some of the cold out away from it before he's back to rolling through the powdery white world. It's like he's playing a game of tag with himself when he pounces on the snow, disappearing into the white before poking his head up to glance around and starting all over again.]
[that is some smart wolf. Noah is smiling despite himself and after only about two quick shots - he was profoundly careful and picky with every frame - contented himself to just watch...
When the head poked up, so sudden, a soft sound escaped him, brief laughter, surprise...]
[That sound finally catches Jace's attention. His ears swivel, head peaking up again and determinedly looking away from where the sounds came from as his ears honed in. He ducks down again, tail up in the air for a moment before he vanishes into the snow completely without a trace. A short span of time later a snowball goes hurling into the thicket.
Couldn't possibly have been the wolf. Wolves don't have hands. Besides, look, there he is back in the opposite direction, knocking snow into the air with his snout and jumping up to try and catch it.]
