[SOB why did she let him convince her to go wandering through the constantly shifting telepathic maze thing? How is this a test of anything but sanity and luck?]
Apparently it does :|lone_defenderFebruary 20 2012, 09:22:59 UTC
[It hasn't been that much so far, it's been a little bit...unnerving. She frowns, tugging him ahead, one hand in his.] So am I supposed to be thinking of the exit or not thinking of it?
[What's so unnerving about shifting walls, floors and ceilings? The TARDIS changes corridor routes all the time! Even when the Doctor doesn't want her to!]
Y'know, I'm not really sure. [Somebody wasn't paying attention when they went through the safety meeting with the company beforehand. So, don't rely on him for the proper 'let us out, we're tired/scared/bored of the game' escape word. He might remember it, he might not! Though there's a better chance of him remembering it when they're under significant duress!
He frowns as she pulls him along.] Maybe if we think of the same thing it'll come up sooner rather than later.
[She trusts the TARDIS. The TARDIS is safe and not remotely nefarious. This maze was completely different and came with its own loooong safety emergency and disclaimer lecture.]
So...it does what we think of, not the opposite, right?
[She glances between him and it warily.] That's...a bit easy, isn't it? [Still, it's not like they have any more viable choices, do they? So she's just going to edge closer and twist the handle, distinctly not letting go of his hand. She knows how tricky these mazes get.] S'pose it's worth a look though, right?
Almost too easy, yeah. [Yep, he knows how tricky these mazes get too. He follows Rose through the newly appeared door, with a good solid grip on her hand, taking a look around.]

Well he's not sure of that either.] I didn't say that.
Did I say that? Did we agree to that in the contract?

I think entering the maze was agreeing. [She frowns over at him.] So you've got no idea where to go?
Reply
He stops in his tracks.] You have a point. And I've no idea.
[But just then, one of the walls nearby transforms into a typical white household panel door. Complete with antiqued brass doorknob.]
Maybe there?

Yeah, I think we're going to be here awhile.

[And that....that is a lot of chocolate to try to climb through.]

Unless you really want to have a go at that. [He gulps.]
