[ she's been linefacing ever since the airship started failing and crashed and stranded them on this deserted island. in fact she's so :| she isn't even bothering to check for supplies or food or water or even investigate the wildlife because chances are this is probably tonberry island and she's made her peace with being screwed ]

[Zidane on the other hand wasted little time in going on the hunt for cute island girls- I mean. Food and water sources as well as possible shelter locations. Of course. He's a very responsible skirt chaser after all.

He didn't take too long though, he didn't want to leave his sorta-kinda sister alone on the beach too long. There weren't any cute island girls around, but who knew what else was lurking about. Besides, he made an important discovery.]

Don't worry, I found bananas!

Yes, clearly our survival is guaranteed now.

Your ridiculous gaian fruits are so inconvenient. And how likely is it that there's a spring here? There might not be any freshwater sources on this island at all, and if there are, they may be contaminated and we'll die from disease instead of dehydration. It's futile.

There's definitely fresh water somewhere, I saw some birds and a couple friendly Mus. Should be fine too if we boil it first.

Some birds and other animals can process salt water. We can't. And unless we have a pot or other equipment, we can't boil the impurities either.

Well let's hope they're not that sort. And if I can find some coconuts too we can actually boil water in 'em, if not I can always try diving around where the ship crashed. Probably should anyways, I'm sure I can scrounge up at least a few undamaged supplies.

How irresponsible. The water is probably full of sea monsters that can outmaneuver you. There's no way you can fight them.

[ man i bet those 'coconuts' are just as un-delicious as these bananas :9 she finishes it and stands up. smiling is for shonen heroes, she'll stick with linefacing and reluctantly trying to help without seeming helpful! ]

... You'll need a spotter. And you probably can't carry much on your own, anyway.

Yes, the situation could be worse. We could've been killed on impact. How lucky we are to survive and die another way instead.

... For example, those sea monsters could be toxic.
