Doesn't sound so bad--

[He would say more, but she's gone from leaning over him to practically laying on top of him and he can't see it, but judging by the way her body is pressed flush against his he'd guess her feet aren't touching the ground anymore. For a second he's impressed at the way the harness can hold both of them up, but it's overshadowed by the fact that she's on top of him... And then she's whispering in his ear and he can't focus on anything but that.

He's no stranger to flying, it's something he's sorely missed, something he spends most of his time trying to replicate with drugs; he's less familiar with falling as something to be enjoyed, craved even-- the way she's talking is making him curious, making him wonder if there's any pleasure to be found in it. There's something to be said for Parker's persuasiveness that she's able to convince an angel that falling might be a good idea.

Her breath is hot against his ear, and he can't suppress the shiver at the way her lips seem to curl around the words; if he didn't know better he'd think she's using jumping off of buildings as a metaphor for something else... But it's Parker, and he's certain that she's actually talking about flinging herself off of a skyscraper--]

Mm... Yeah. Yeah okay.

[--and his stupid ass just agreed to do it. If he could manage it, he'd probably kick himself. Later. Because at the moment he really doesn't regret it, not at all. He bites his lip; if this were anyone else he'd know exactly where all of this is headed...]

[Parker is happiest with her feet off the ground. She doesn't intend to waste the moment, even if it meant she was lying on top of Cass. She wouldn't have risked it with most people, but she trusted Cass -- she didn't feel like she had to worry about getting the urge to stab him with the nearest sharp thing she could get her hands on. It was as safe as Parker concerned herself with, at least.

She hasn't ever really been flying, not like Cass has, but she has parachuted off the Burj Khalifa; the tallest building in the world. At over 2500 feet tall, it was a little bit like flying. Falling is the closest Parker has ever really come to flying, and she loves those moments, loves those breaths where the world seems like it forgets about gravity. It's always been more home than with her feet firmly planted; she doesn't even sleep well on solid ground.

Her lips curl into a smile against his neck when Cass agrees, a flutter of excitement and happiness. Because Parker really likes the idea of doing it with Cass. There's a hint of affection, still chaste and uncertain, but warm as her hands trace over his arms and curl with his fingers.]

When can we go?

[She talks about jumping off of skyscrapers with fearless glee, but, she's been doing this since she was a young teenager. Of course, in many ways she's still the same girl she was back then.]

[He can't help the smile that spreads across his face; it matches Parker's where he can feel it against his neck. Her hands move down his arms and her fingers lace with his-- it's a small show of affection and he squeezes her fingers in acknowledgement of the gesture.]

When do you wanna go?

[Truthfully, he'd be willing to go right now, if only because he's sure the longer they put it off the more time he'll have to lose his nerve, and to consider how terrible of an idea it might be.]

[Parker shifts against him a little when his fingers squeeze against his. Parker? Totally not used to this whole affection thing. It actually surprises her a little when Cass returns the gesture. Was that how it worked? People were so... strange and confusing! She leans into his neck a little, however. His skin is warm, and it makes her stay like that, her breath brushing skin as she speaks.]

We could... go now.

[She's excited at the prospect of Cass going with her. Everyone else has the sane idea that falling distances that will probably kill you isn't something to do for recreational purposes. And she's all for not giving Cass the chance to back out. Also? This whole affection thing? It's nice, but... weird, too.]

[His eyelashes flutter as she shifts on top of him, and he readjusts to accomodate the change in position. Well, he shifts as much as he's capable of while rigged to a harness. He wonders if he's made her uncomfortable, but then, she's laying on top of him so he's not really sure he has that power right now anyway, and so he doesn't pull his hand away.

Right now? It's like she's read his mind... This is actually going to happen, isn't it?]

We... We could. If you want. I'd go now.

[...While he's as confident as he's going to get in the harnesses and his own stupidity at agreeing to it. Maybe it won't be so bad. Positive vibes, man.]

It'll be nice.

[She says it reassuringly, lips curving against the skin of his neck. Though, part of it is the simple fact is that Parker is just a lot more comfortable with jumping off skyscrapers than she is with... whatever this is.

Also, now that Cass said yes, she has no intention of waiting and allowing him to reconsider that thought. She's well-aware of how insane people around camp think her preferred activities are, even if it's gotten people out of a tight spot more than once. Trapped in an elevator? Oh, just have Parker slide down the elevator cables. How many times had she been the one crawling through vents to see if things were safe.

She slides off of him, her hands lingering, so that she pulls his hands toward her when she gets off. She looks odd for a moment, uncertain, confused look as she steals her hands back and quickly busies herself with (carefully) letting Cass down.]

[Nice isn't the descriptor Cas would choose for flinging himself off of a building, but he's just going to have to take her word for it. He relinquishes her hands with a slight quirk of his lips to allow her to (finally) let him down.

It feels strange to have his feet on the ground again, and if he's honest he does miss the weight of her pressing down on him, as small a weight as it had been.]

So was there a special building you has in mind to hurl ourselves from?

[He imagines it's probably far, he can't think of anywhere nearby that would be thrilling enough for someone as "advanced" as Parker. "Crazy" might be more appropriate but it's certainly less kind and so Cas is definitely going to stick with "advanced." "Professional", even. "Experienced".]

[It's always a little bit disappointing, having her feet on the ground. She always wants to do it again. And, well... having Cass underneath her had been surprisingly nice. The feeling of her face pressing into the warmth of his neck. Parker wasn't usually much for touch and contact but it had been... more than okay.]

Well, it's a bit of a drive, but there's those buildings near what used to be the industrial area.

[She was trying to pick something not too intimidating for Cass' first time. She was kind of hoping that she might be able to get him to do it again. In Parker's mind ten stories isn't intimidating at all. What's a one hundred foot drop?]

I think I know the ones you mean, they're not so far away.

[They're not.... so high. They're not as high as some of the buildings he's seen, certainly, and he's grateful she's chosen a relatively easy place for his first foray into this insanity. Yeah, he's just gonna keep telling himself that. Maybe it won't be so bad. The adrenaline rush should make it worth his while, though Parker's reaction is really a pretty good payoff by itself.

He glances up at the harness, and then turns to Parker with a grin.]

So who's driving?

[Parker has already started undoing the harness and the lines from the supports of the cabin. She's smiling quietly, a certain energy as she moves, tucking the lines and the second harness into the bag where she keeps her other one. She looks up at Cass at the question, and she briefly considers volunteering, but, if they're leaving now, she'll want to be prepping the lines and things on the way. She shrugs her shoulders as she picks up a few more things and tucks them into the bag.]

Why don't you drive? I can prep the lines on the way.

[If Cass had had any doubts about the reality of this, the fact that this really was going to happen, they should be starting to vanish. Parker was almost giddy with the idea of not just getting to go jumping, but getting to do it with Castiel. She zipped the bag shut, and looked at him with a tilt of her head.]
