The house was clean and Lindsay had set up the guest bedroom just in time for her to hear the knock at the door.

She opened up the door with a grin and smirked at her weekend houseguest.

"Have any problem getting here?"

"Nope!" Jill said with a grin as she gave her friend a hug. "Though I kept hoping for some bizarre thing to happen to me so I could tell Claire and Cindy you weren't insane."

"Weeeeelll, my presentation tomorrow was supposed to be on departmental teamwork," Jill said airly. "Claire and Cindy are going to pitch in on a telecommunications thing but Jacobi had to bow out because of a case."
