[She wastes no time in making her way there, as Thanatos will get to see in blistering detail as she forgets to turn the video off. Assuming he continues watching, he will be treated to the shakey and sideways sight of her hopping dramatically through the snow toward the inn with the device clutched carefully in one hand.]

[And then she bursts through the inn door.]

I'm down here, Yenyoji. [His voice calls from the celler. He is in much the same position, and looking rather pleased despite being so bedragled.]

[She charges down the stairs, pausing at the bottom to orient herself to the layout of the cellar, then sauntering over to the hole.]

This is it? Are you sure you don't want it slightly bigger?

This will suffice for now, if another is needed we will locate it in a different place. One must not keep all of their eggs in one basket after all. [He turns to her] Is there anything you need to work your spell?

Nothing but my wits! [Despite her flippancy, she gives the hole a more critical look.] Ice is an easy, eager element to direct.

[Thanatos does as instructed, watching with interest as Yenyoji works. He's never been able to use magic outside of his library so watching elementalists always captures him.]

[She begins the incantation just under her breath. Between the small space and the fact she will have to cast INTO the dirt, it's a bit of a challenge. Fortunately, she's done harder things before, so she lets the first spell go. Since it's partway in the ground, there isn't much to see, other than a sudden puff of vapor as the ice expands into the hole. And then the sound of a small icy explosion, like the sound of a lot of icecubes breaking. The shrapnel stays mostly in the container, at least. That which doesn't hits the ceiling above.]

Yes! Let's check and see if the coating is good.

Excellent. [Thanatos bends down and examines it along with her. It looks good, and he is sure it will keep food cold and preserved.] You work well in such an enclosed space.
