song and/or poem
well i was in the poem writing mood yesterday, just needed to express my feelings, so i actually did. (right before girlicious started lol) but yea so here it is, dont be too judgmental *cough* because they are just a few simple lines that i was hoping would make my world seem a little clearer.
In this cloud of illumination
with such fluency I note a mark of hesitiation
It's not because of me
A picture painted perfectly
but looking deeper in i see
It doesnt include me
I saw past moments slowly fade away
and though i thought one thing was to stay
I lost it too, was it all because of me?
It's always heard, "There's always a tomorrow"
but a hidden fear is that they're probably wrong
Just try to catch a glimpse of life, before it disappears
Although time flies, life always feels so LONG
Where we went and where we're headed
can be so different
because of His decent we're saved from the dreaded
Haven't they listened?
a denoted mark of love can be so easily forgotten
how all fate fell into the hands of One begotten
It was all because of me
