So, I had a great Christmas. Got spoiled rotten, which was a big suprise, because I didn't really ask for anything. I got an IPod Shuffle, a doo-dad to hook it up in my car, a DVD player, $250, $150 in assorted gift cards, and lots of little stuff. Oh, and jewlery from Chris. I got saphire earings and braclet, and they are beautiful. I was shocked! He got me nothing for my birthday, and we were together then. Now, weve been broken up for like 3 months, and I got crazy nice stuff!?! Anyway, I hope everyone elses Xmas when well.
SO, a New Year...
Starting Monday, I'm a hermit. My surgery is Friday, so I can't get sick. In addition to that, I just borrowed $666 from my dad (creepy, huh?) to pay for next semester. I'm going to have to do 66hours of work for my uncle, doing data entry, to pay him back since I'm out of work till Feb. So, I'll be a typing maniac next week.
SO, this year that's about to end...
Well, since school started this semester, I have
1. Lost 18lbs
2. Broken up with Chris
3. Quit smoking pot
4. Gotten out of debt (until this school bill, of course)
5. Passed all of my classes for the first ime in a few YEARS!
~Boilogy(previously failed)-C
~World Religions(previously failed)-C
~Statistics(previously attempted, and dropped out of)-A-
~Sociology of Race & Ethnicity(previously failed)-A
6. Brought my GPA up from a 1.7 ( I think) to a 2.1
7. I brought by GPA up enough to be readmitted to my program, and will graduate in May! It's only an Associates, but hey, gotta start somewhere, right?
So, it's nice to brag about yourself sometimes. I've done alot of non-bragworthy stuff in recent years, but I think I'm back on track.
IN CONCLUSION...
I hope everyone's years went well, I hope you all had good holiday experiences, have a happy (AND SAFE!) New Years eve, and new year. And don't forget- If you love me, you should drop me a line, let me borrow a DVD or a book, or at least send me good vibes in the comming month. I apreciate it! Love you all, and hope all is well.
