The Right Side of the Bed
Ah~ Listening to Yuzu's 「明日天気になあれ」 and feeling like I would have a spring in my step... if I weren't sitting down at the moment.
For some reason since I've gotten dressed today, I've just been in a spectacular mood. Maybe it was the fact that I actually slept last night? But, I rolled over at 6 and hit the snooze button just like every other day... I don't know what it is. Despite my lack of laundry, I walked out the door feeling very cute, and practically danced on down to the station.
It's a little sad, knowing that these are my last days here. Sitting on the train this morning, feeling it rock back and forth, watching the familiar streets pass by... I felt happy though. Just enjoying the moment.
Getting off at Tama Station, I went to greet the same nest of 3 baby birds like always, and saw that 2 were gone. They've finally gotten big enough to fly! *tears of joy* Ah, I'm so glad that they we're able to learn before I left! I've been watching them grow up, and it'll be one of the many little everyday things that I'm going to miss leaving behind.
Today I'm headed into Harajuku again - probably for the last time. *sigh*
My one regret... *slumps*
will be... *dramatically reaches out*
never having... *whimper*
enough... *lip quivers*
Karaoke~!! *sobs*
I'll just have to try and make up for it this week as much as possible. ;P
