Oh, I guess it's actually called a Blooper. It's a squid-looking thing from Super Mario Bros. And perler beads are those little plastic colored cylinders you arranged on a pegboard and then iron to make them fuse together. I make them into ornaments of 8-bit video game characters like these to sell at conventions.
