Dhimmitude
I wondered about the Democrat motivation for supporting the Ground Zero Mosque and a thought occurred to me.
At first I just wrote it off as a way to paint non-Liberals or anyone who doesn't fall in line as intolerant.
But something else crossed my mind this morning.
Certain Democrats know full well that Muslims build Mosques on victory sites. Those mosques become the most sacred (mainly as a way of marshaling all Muslims to defend them). What if to the elite this is the ultimate dhimmitude. Maybe they think that if a site they know is going to become a sacred symbol of the fall of the Great Satan is built in Manhattan that NYC will no longer be a target for Muslim radicals.
In which case, with Iran, the largest state sponsor of terrorism about to get nukes, residents of DC and the surrounding areas can consider themselves sacrificial lambs thanks to the Dhimmis.
(Obama has no fear. He's the radical Muslim's best friend and knows it. Besides, if they attack during Summer he'll be on vacation.)
