Blame
The Mayor of New Orleans spent an angry interview with CNN blaming the federal government.
BUT... in that interview he also said he knew there was a good chance the levees would break and the city would flood. Which begs the question, "Mr. Mayor, if there was a mandatory evacuation, and you anticipated a flood, wouldn't these have been useful for the post-hurricane evacuation?"
