Well, the constitution says state laws trump Federal laws (although the Supreme court has overridden that many times). That's why Fed laws usualy are all about kickbacks (mandate seatbelts or no highway funds for you!) So as stupid as the states are in their college pricing, the only thing the fed can really do is cut off grants to the school, or deport the illegal students in the first place.....

I can't say anything bad about that. I just went to Busch Gardens, VA this summer and got a 30% discount for having a library card for my kid. Hurray for encouraged summer reading!
