"Ratings for the BBC1 live afternoon telecast was less than one-third of the Concert for Diana numbers a week ago."
Cox and Forkum pulled together a couple of articles and a perfect pic to sum up Live Earth and Al Gore. A snippet from the MSNBC article is what I enjoyed most:
"Several articles examined the green credentials of artists on the day, including Madonna, whose annual "carbon footprint" was estimated at around 100 times the average Briton’s."
Mark Steyn makes an amusing observation, although shame on him for not including Gore's 2000 defeat and nation polarizing temper tantrum that still helps divide us.
"I believe if you go back and freeze-frame the famous "Happy Days" episode where Fonzie jumps the shark, you'll see the shark is in fact Al Gore enjoying a quiet backstroke."
