We haven't made it that far, yet our system is worse than you'd know. The left made fun of Sarah Palin for the death panels comment. It's ironic because my mom works as an RN; she is seeing signs of unnecessary death due to government regulation. IE: The latest was that there was a guy in the nursing home with prostate cancer, which is very slow growing. A man can die of old age because it progresses to terminal. The man was a problem patient and kept trying to get out of bed. They were going to send him back to the hospital, which would have gotten fined because it was too soon (I don't understand why, but it's insanely complicated). The hospital said they didn't want him back, and they weren't to send him. Next thing they know, the doctor ups his dose of a heavy duty antianxiety med from like 0.5mg to 5mg. The man was dead within a few days.

Mom said when the hospice nurse gave her that order, she said she wasn't giving him that because she knew it would kill him. She had to make some excuse that night why she did pass it, but she knew that other nurses wouldn't care because they are lazy-asses who sit on Facebook all night and don't question anything. I asked her, "Can't you report this and get an investigation." She replied, "Who am I supposed to report to, the government? They don't give a damn. They'll want this kind of thing to happen to cut costs."

Exactly! ...and the people that would never go to a doctor in their whole life, are treated as criminals if they don't pay-up!
