That's an attempted lynching. Every member of the media who reported the lies holds a noose. Every single person chanting "hands up don't shoot" holds a noose, enabling the next victim to be strung up. Every person still defending this is holding a noose.

Absolutely right.

The sad part is that generally decent and honest people only know the false narrative because that's ALL they hear, 24/7.

Let's face it, most people are not like us. Most people just assume the "news" stations are giving them the correct story on whatever issue it may be. From what I can see, most regular people are preoccupied with work, families and all the other obligations of life. They simply don't have time, energy and/or interest to seek out anything else, especially when they don't even realize they are being lied to 24/7.

Most people are not on the internet as much as we are, looking at alternative sources for every story that comes along. If it wasn't for the fact that I'm currently working part time from home, I wouldn't be able to keep up with all the stuff I keep up with! Not only is there not enough time, but there's not enough mental/emotional energy.

I guess I am just thinking out loud. All this drives me nuts. And I just don't know what to DO about it.

I wish I could be like most people and just not care one way or the other. It probably would save me a lot of time and stress.

But I can't. It's not my nature.
