That's because they are not old enough **YET**
This is the kind of constant deceit that comes from leftists. Good people who call themselves Democrats should realize that if your allies require constant deceit to push their agenda you're on the wrong side.

Note the use of the word 'generally'. That's how they get away with this deceit.
Also, the child tax credit is for ANCHOR babies, children born of illegal invaders *for the benefits*. Those children then receive schooling, medical care, and other benefits paid for by Americans. Whcih benefits the illegal.

How HuffPo lies to its herd animal readers with this one is the key phrase, "at the same firm". The wage issue has to deal with overall wages, across a broad spectrum. It is a simple understanding of supply and demand. If there is more supply of workers then businesses can pay less. Meanwhile we have about 10% real unemployment of Americans, and have for years now.

The CBO is required to provide output only within the parameters given it. If a study is commissioned on the weight of an elephant but the torso, legs, tail, ears, and trunk can't be weighed, the CBO will 'find' that the Elephant only weighs the weight of the tail.
HuffPo knows the CBO is used as a propaganda machine.

Normally HuffPo would despise the COC as evil, greedy 1%er businesses. But in this case HuffPo cites them, because they both want an illegal invasion. The COC knows that a flood of immigrants means both a slave labor force and depressed wages - great for their bottom line.
