Opinion A good reason to #EndFathersDay: It's a gendered holiday
Comedy gold! And the gaystapo keep rolling along. Why? Because progressives. Never. Stop.
"My confused daughter" - Do you see what YOU did to his daughter, evil society? YOU confused her, not him. Of course, the ONLY solution to what you've done to his daughter is that YOU must abandon this tradition, all of society must change for his feelings and life choices.
"Once my little girl started nursery school, she presented us with felt pumpkins, turkey lookalikes and pipe cleaner hearts, something for every non-religious holiday, and I joyfully hung them all on the refrigerator."
Note, he is compelled to add 'non-religious'. (Because progressives never stop).
Also note, he is either ignorant of or chooses to ignore/misrepresent that THANKSgiving was started as thanks TO GOD. Certainly the secular now embrace it. It's Orwellian to present it this way.
"But when Mother’s Day rolled around, I panicked. My child has many different mothers: a godmother, two grandmothers, a birth mother. But no mom, because she has two dads."
OH NO! Certainly no single parent including widows/widowers has ever faced this HORROR. The LAST thing these two clearly fully qualified parents should think to do is say, "We're different, honey, and different does not mean bad." NOPE. Society is not conforming to how he FEELS, and that gives him a sad we must correct.
What a fine lesson for his daughter. Clearly she'll grow up happy and healthy.

Then businesses who offer anything for Mother's or Father's Day will be FORCED by law, regulation, and lawsuit to offer something for Parent's Day or cease their current "discrimination".
