I'm no fan of the oil companies when we have $3 a gallon gas and the CEO of Exxon/Mobile just retired with a "pension" of 4 hundred million dollars.
But if you tax them two things will happen:
1) The oil companies will just raise the prices ALL THE TIME to compensate for your "windfall tax", you delusional jackass!
2) It doesn't make ME, the consumer and voter, feel any better or keep any more of MY money if YOU a**holes in government get more tax money, now does it? No. Of course it doesn't. And you people have enough of the people's money. Pr**k!
