Lisa Edelstein Leaves 'House': Dr. Cuddy Exits Fox Show "Don't bother paging Dr. Cuddy; she won't be answering.
Lisa Edelstein, one of the leads on the longtime hit FOX medical drama "House," will not return for an eighth season of the show, Deadline reports."
Don't get me wrong. I loved Cuddy. And sometimes, I REALLY loved Cuddy...
The show has been going downhill, taking a decidedly... estrogenic turn for some time. I could be wrong, but I don't think it's been helping that both Edelstein and Wilde are super causehead activists. I won't be sorry to see either go just in case, though I truly do love to look at Wilde.
Here's hoping for them to get back up to their game. I'd like to see a few more Three Stories and some of their other exceptional work.
