Last night I threw an anti-SuperBowl party, which ended with me attending a SuperBowl party. I drank a bottle and a half of sake, half a bottle of port, endless shots of some mystery bourbon, and several Coronas. The first bar I attended stopped serving me drinks shortly after the SuperBowl ended, and so I walked to the bar next-door in hopes of

I went to The Moose Lodge, and Timbers--they're really close.

I watched the puppy bowl on Animal Planet for half an hour. I listened to some Billie Holliday. And I think I masturbated at least once, possibly twice.

Oh, and I made shrimp nachos that weren't too bad. My cooking has been off the last couple of days.

My cooking has never been on. I can make French Toast, and that's about it.
I wish I would have been sober to masturbate once or twice.
I'm still suffering from too much drink...

I am reading "Beautiful Losers" by Leonard Cohen--and I think you would like it.

It's been on my to read list for a year. There for awhile I would look at it every time I was in Barnes and Noble. Somehow I had forgotten about it.

Right now I'm reading The Unbearable Lightness of Being by Milan Kundera, and two books of poetry by Charles Bukowski.

I was at a party a little over a week ago, and one of my friends was suffering from a pretty bad hangover from the night before. It made me thankful that I seem to be more or less normal the next day, except for being grumpy from lack of sleep.
