1. Sorry I took so long to respond to comments on Ch. VIII. I was in Colorado and then incapacitated by lack of meds DX But obviously now I am working on Ch. IX, which is exciting because it is the first chapter whose title has an "X" in it.
2. OMFG. I just... There are not words. Russell T. Davies and Joss Whedon and J.K. Rowling should all get married since they share an avid interest in EATING THE SOULS OF THEIR FANS. Just sayin'.
3. Half Blood Prince: I loved the movie up until the end when they decided not to make any sense at all.
Me: Hey wow I'm really enjoying this movie. I think it's even better than the last one. Wait, now what are they doing? What? Wait... What? Are they serious? Um... Okay?
And I know this is a little silly, but my biggest concern when the movies screw with canon like that is that people who only watch the movies and don't read the books will think the books must suck, too, unaware that the book makes so much more sense. (Same thing with Ella Enchanted... That movie made me so mad wtf)
4. DAR. It's an autobiographical webcomic, which makes it really interesting. Some of it is stuff that is the same kind of thing that usually makes me uncomfortable, but here it generally doesn't. I guess because I identify a lot with her? Especially at the beginning... (She's queer, and it's complicated, etc.)
5. I um went to my brother's LAN party yesterday. Yeah. I played Halo. I know! It was weird. And then I stayed up all night playing Diablo II, which was actually a lot of fun.
6. There is a lot of stuff I'm supposed to be doing, but I'm not doing it. Surprised? I didn't think so.
7. I found out there is a comic of "season 8" for Buffy, apparently written or co-written by Joss Whedon? So now I have a bunch of comics I need to buy...
