I'm currently playing Vikings: Wolves of Midgard for the PS4 and it is FUN. Complete hack and slash, mind, but FUN. It appeals directly to the bits of my DNA that come from the viking raiders of yore. Right now, the shieldmaiden Impossible (so named because she looks like a human version of half-alien sim Difficult, though lacking Difficult's niceness and good cheer) is wielding MJOLNIR. She also says some great stuff on the battlefield. Her "Oh, come ON!" made me like her INSTANTLY. (That, and the "I can't feel my feet. Oh well, at least they don't hurt anymore." I know EXACTLY what you mean, dude.)
AND, she's going to be facing down Legendary Asshole Surt. (Seriously, Surt is the king of all assholes. Even after he's the last one standing in the Ragnarok throwdown, he sets fire to the world JUST BECAUSE. It's a total dick move.) This is going to be awesome :3
