I have now spent more on one pair of shoes than ever before (without trying them on even!). But the odds of finding these in a thrift store are zilch, so I'm trying to tell myself that I will get a lot of use out of them. Because they are beautiful.
Also, the thought is that these would be the shoes to wear when I finally get around to making a reproduction of this outfit.
