My favorite video this year (of my own):
Forgive Us Our Trespasses. It's such a departure from my usual style, and it turned out far better than I expected. It's sexy sadness.
My least favourite video this year:
On My Knees I'll Think Clearer. Two words: Poor pacing. Also Paris Is Burning lost the plot somewhere along the way and that makes me sad, because it's one of my prettiest videos to date. I'm weary of posting it to lightningmix for that very reason.
Most successful video:
I Fell In Love, by far. The response to that video is overwhelming to say the least.
Video most underappreciated by the universe, in my opinion:
Freak. I'm extremely proud of this one. I'm a bit sad it didn't garner a lot of attention, but ah well. Life goes on.
Most fun video:
U.R.A. Fever. The gag reel is the go-to for good times. Oh, and Be My Bodyguard. Oh, who am I kidding. I Fell In Love.

Biggest vid fail:
Loosen Up My Buttons, Babe. Dear god why? I must have smoked a good-sized amount of crack that week. Shockingly, it's one of my most downloaded videos of the year. What, people, why? Do not revel in this horror of horrors. It's so bad it makes me cry. (This is mostly to do with the poor editing, not the material itself.)
Hardest video to make:
That's a tie: Would You Please and The Lady Killers. Finding the right clips, setting the right tone, execution execution execution.
Most unintentionally telling video:
I'm drawing a blank here.
The things I've learned this year:
I should never rush to finish. Jump cuts are my best friends (the kind who bake me cookies and give me pretty ribbons).
For 2010:
The five SPN I meant to vid this year and never got around to. A few revamps. Glee! And, if there's still time after that, film and shows I've always wanted to vid and haven't. I think it's safe to say I've nearly exhausted SPN. It's time for something else now. :)
