For those who are interested, here's my FenCon schedule (and I'll be in the filk room quite a bit in the evenings, as well)
Friday 5:00 PM Hooking your friends and family on SF/F
Friday 6:00 PM "Can I Help?" Volunteering for Conventions
Sunday 10:00 AM Pecan Room Reading
I'm dithering over what to read - I have four possible things. If anyone has a preference, feel free to let me know, and I'll probably also give whatever audience there is at 10am on Sunday a voice. The choices are 1) "Billy Frank, the POW and the Geneva Convention" published in the International House of Bubbas anthology; 2) "Darned Near the Right Stuff" published in the Houston, We Got Bubbas anthology (both anthologies are available from Yard Dog Press and I believe Edge Books will also be carrying them in the dealer's room at Fen Con); 3) an unpublished story called "Serving Satan"; or 4) an essay about criminal justice and the Anita Blake Vampire Hunter series.
