It's great to hear that you have a new boy toy, Melissa. You SO totally deserve it. Isn't it crazy about you guys and Nicki and Joe, though? Friends and cousins. Who saw that coming. Anyways, since I'm not currently enrolled in the fine institution known as Lake Shore High School, I can't possibly get all of the details. So I'll give ya a call one of these days and you can tell me all about it. I got to thinking the other day, about friendship, and remembered everything you did for me when I was having all of those problems at the beginning of the year. You listened and showed concern, and that meant so much, you have no idea. Anyways, I think you're a great person and would love if we could become better friends, because I realized that I need more people like you and Nicki in my life, and the importance of making those relationships stronger. So perhaps one of these days in the upcoming weeks of summer vacation we can hang out or go to a movie or somethin'. I'd really like that. And then you can hear all about the crazy antics that now make up my world... if you're brave enough! Just kidding! Or maybe I'm not... I guess you'll just have to find out, now won't you...
