The Cons: Smallville has out grown Chloe. I feel like there isn't a place for her anymore and has been for a while which is why she became Oliver love interest. She back and I just can't help but wish she stayed gone. I didn't miss her when she was gone, I didn't feel a gap left by her character.
Maybe it's because I'm just not feeling the Chloe love or maybe just things are off with Chloe but things where off with her. Maybe it was Allison.
I agree with pretty much everything else too. Weak episode. I hope for better next week. Looks like a Luthor treat:D Plus Ma Kent:D
The Pros:
I couldn't agree more about the Clois. This episode did highlight once again why Lois is the one for Clark. She made him believe in himself, made him talk about his anger and fears and was there for him no matter what. She showed something that no other woman could do for him (Lana or Chloe).
I loved Black Canary! I wish was on the show more often (more episodes not full time). May I just say I loved her outfit in the dream world of black and yellow like a Canary.
Deadshot, Rick Flagg, and Black Canary (along with the JLA/Suicide Squad Team-Up action sequence) VS. VRA so cool! I loved Black Canary's bit at the end:D I'm not going to lie she my favorite.
The Cons: I totally agree that the show has grown out of Chloe. I wouldn't mind if she made a visit in the season, but when she comes off...well...the way she does it's downright annoying. 'Cause they have to hinder Clark and Oliver from all the progression they have done this past season. Hopefully the next three episodes are better because next week's "Beacon" looks outstanding. Other than that I'm going to be glad when Chloe is gone, and sadly I'm hoping she isn't in the series finale.
The Pros: Clark can just be Clark with Lois his flaws and all. Sometimes it's great to talk to someone to get control of things around you. That's what Lois does. Lois gave Clark the nudge in a way that helps him without making him look bad. Having Clark believe in Lois makes him believe in himself more. It's a void he has been missing since Martha and Jonathan Kent departed from the show. The void being that support system, and it's nice to see Clark have that and him comfortable enough to tell Lois everything.
I loved that twirling thingy Black Canary did during the action sequence, and her smile at the end hehe. Since they cancelled Alaina's show and she has a desire to come back one more time, then there is a slim possibilty that Black Canary could return. Right now I'm also digging Black Canary character's representation the Cartoon Network tv show Young Justice. I love how she is training the young heroes on that show.
I loved that cool gun trick Deadshot did with his bullets. Glad he didn't die in the episode because I just love my sexy gunslinger.
A visit won't be too bad but I have fears that she'll be around till the end of the season on in the season final. I really think think she shouldn't be in the final. She's the past and the final should be about the future of these characters.

I love that twirling thing Black Canary thing and her smile at the end:D They are working to somehow bring Stargate Universe back whether it's third season on another network, or tv movie on another network. The hope is pretty thin but tptb is letting fans know via his blog soon. I really hope as fan it'll come to past because other wise the show will end on cliffhanger with the crew trapped never getting home. Terrible end to the story. But there is strong chance that it'll cost too much money to make more stargate so Alaina will be open for more SV. I read that she'd be up spin off JLA. Are there any plans for that? I won't think Tom would want to play Clark any longer. Unless it's once in a while.

Chloe - From what I read Chloe is only in the next three episodes "Beacon", "Masquerade", and "Fortune". No one knows if she will be in the series finale. The executive producers said the "door is open" for her return, but for right now no one knows anything. Right now we know Jonathan Kent is in "Kent", Lionel is back of course to continue his multiple episode arc, and just recently they confirmed Kara/Supergirl will be returning for one more visit too. Those are the only ones I know that were officially confirmed thus far after the Chloe-filled Feburary Sweeps.
Alaina Huffman/Black Canary - I just want her back for one more time. I would like to have another foreshadowing to her future relationship with Oliver. 'Cause I can't stand Chlollie with their so-forced chemistry, and I hate how Chloe just talks down my Ollie :(. Black Canary was a welcoming fresh air in this episode. Plus they finally got Black Canary's look perfect! She looked just like her iconic comic book self in the episode.
Whatever happens with SGU I just hope it allows for Alaina to come back if that is the plan for later in the season. Oliver belongs in Star City and some foreshadowing of Dinah/Ollie for his ending. Chloe is the past, and she will always be even in the comics lol.
I hope she doesn't come back for more. She really doesn't have a place in the show anymore. This romance with Oliver is so forced.
Well given what I know of the time left to film SV episodes I think Alina should be able to come back. SGU is still in talks and if it was to ever go ahead it won't start of right away. Least I very much doubt it would.
I know it'll so unlikely to happen by I'd like ONE hint of Oliver/BC future before the end. Just a tiny hint. But Oliver will be too hung up on stupid Chloe for that.

As each episode passes I thinking the same thing as well. I hoping sexy Desaad makes Chloe somewhat tolerable in this week's episode lol.
I love Ollie and Dinah on SV, so I'm really curious how they will close off Oliver's ending on the show. I just hope it's somewhat iconic just like in the comics.

For Oliver's end. I hope so too. I really hope they deal with Chloe's end before the final so that when the show ends it'll be about the heroes and their future. I hope the show won't lame out and have Oliver move to Star City because Chloe dies. I want something iconic, like Oliver going home to clean up his city because Metropolis has it's hero in Superman. I want it to be a joyous hopeful event. Or at the very least a hint to that future, like Oliver thinking out loud that maybe he could do the same thing for his home.

For Oliver I want something iconic. He's freakin' Green Arrow and a member of the Justice League. That boy deserves an iconic ending other than....meh....Chlollie. If Oliver doesn't get that, then I can see that being one of the disappointments I would have with the series.
