Life with... Mummy
(Heh, title inspired from the cartoon "Life with Louie" )
3 days and nothing shocking :D You know the song, I know (Dave's favourite?) This is how my holiday's been so far. OK, with the exception of mum recognising "Paint It Black" and telling me it was her song, though she first said Beatles :O Hahahha. Like mother, like daughter I'd say :D
Life is quite routine. Sleep, eat, play Sims 2, surf the net, spend time with girls on HH and GTalk, watch TV... Oh and occassionally, rather frequently maybe, laugh at/with mum. I've been gaining energy for the second term and mum's been doing the laundry, ironing, kitchen stuff etc. However, today I am DJ'ing for mum with some old school songs (i.e. songs from her youth, ca. '60-'70) while she is doing what she is doing. Yeah, I am lazy. No surprises there, I think :P
I guess mum has had a bigger effect on my taste in music more than I had ever thought. The songs I play make her smile and I love to see that. I like those songs, too. Would I have them saved on my HD if I didn't? No, of course not. If only she didn't try to sing along :P
P.S: I'll be gone for a few days. Completely. Offline. You'll be free of headache :P But I'll be back ;)
