De-cluttering
We decided that it was ludicrous to pay $150 a month to store our belongings when we have a perfectly serviceable garage just waiting to have its potential maximized.
So, we gave our notice today at the storage unit and retrieved the resin shelf unit from it, along with a few items to organize. Then we went to Wally World and bought another shelf unit and now they are set up along the house-side wall, already with some things stacked on them. I tell you, having vertical space to utilize sure makes a difference in what the garage looks like! I am hoping to acquire at least one more of the shelf units so we can finish organizing the back wall, too. Then all that is left is to go through everything and cull the clutter. We've kind of been doing that as we go, but with a deadline of Aug 31, we may have to put that by the wayside in favour of just getting everything in there.
Speaking of, does anyone want to buy a maple wardrobe for $100?
