Monitor, Mark II

So, I call NewEgg about my monitor (as, I believe, is my right). Some lady answers the phone and I say that my monitor was delivered, but not to me, and she's like "please hold while I look it up". She then comes back, and in the most amusing voice I could have ever have asked for, goes "they... left a 17" monitor... on the front door". I was thinking, THANK YOU! It's not just me who thinks that that was totally moronic of UPS. So, I was given two choices. If I wanted the monitor sooner rather than later, I could reoder it, and they would just refund the money for the first one in about a week, after their investigation was over. Or, I could just wait and they'd send me a new monitor when they finished the investigation. I wanted my monitor nower rather that laterer, so I reordered it. But this time, I had it sent FedEx, which cost me about $17 more than the previous order, but if I actually get this one, it'll totally be worth it.
