PMS + Interwbs = Blogging and gif's
So I got an email from a HS friend wanting to "get the band back together" for a weekend. At first I was all
I mean I haven't seen them in about 6 months and good time are always to be had.
Then I got to thinking
I just got back from a week in Europe, I am going to Comic Con next month and at the end of Sept I will be in Chicago. So now I am like
Bc I'll have to be THAT asshole to say no first. So to try to ease the blow I jokingly throw out the idea that they all come down to San Diego and hang while I get my nerd on.
That was the wrong thing to suggest. I didn't even get a passive aggressive response. It went straight to "bitch we are too cool for that shit."
We are 26yo, I'd have thought we got past the whole "Mean Girls" phase. What with the deaths, marriages, kids and schooling we've all had. Guess not, but hey now I can be this asshole.
One and unrelated note: bc I am too lazy to do another post You know you watch too much Dr. Who when you are in the Vatican Museum (Home of the Sistine Chapel) and all you are thinking while looking at the statues is
