A Post From Me To You
there's nothing big going on or anything, but i figured it had been a long time and it was time for me to write a post. it's snowing right now! i love the snow, it looks so pretty. it's not to pretty to drive in, but i'll manage. i am very happy that we will have snow for christmas this year. i just started listening to christmas music in my car...i figured that was "allowed" now that it's december 1st. holy cow! where did the year go eh? i am really looking forward to christmas and new years.
i have slightly started my christmas shopping...i still have quite a bit to do. i'm looking forward to that too. i like shopping for other people. but it's not about the presents. it's about seeing the people you know and care for and getting together to celebrate. the spirit of christmas rocks!
so i am now full time radio. so far it's a lot less stressful then my other job. i like it a lot. i am working on the music, putting in songs and learning new things too. it's pretty much going to be a play by ear type of job for the next little while, but i don't mind that at all. lots of remotes (live on locations) which means extra christmas cash (which i need) and more air-time, which is great.
we are setting up our tree this weekend. i am looking forward to that. i am really looking forward to wrapping presents. that is one of my favourite things to do. i like to go out and buy my own paper and make every ones gift special. i think once the tree is up i will wrap some of the gifts i already have and put them under there. i should probably wrap them anyway so that no one gets the urge to peek at what i've got.
nothing much is new with me other than the job. and that's pretty much all that i've been doing...working and juggling the rest of my time between kevin, friends and me time.
