Kasumi's attention was drawn to green melon 3, despite how the various colors fascinated her equally. She wasn't sure what the normal color of a melon was supposed to be, or if she'd even ever seen one before, but she figured she'd concentrate on the one for now.

Experimentally, she knocked on the surface to test it, mainly seeing if it was hollow or full, heavy or light... the whole concept was entirely foreign to her.

The melon sounded normal enough. Like. A normal melon. Ari didn't know what a normal melon sounded like.

Fascinating. This normal melon sound that Ari didn't know what it sounded like, apparently made Kasumi blink a few times, until an idea struck her and she decided to drag the melon to the nearest small rock suited for the job. She started delicately thudding it against it, hoping that it would break, even if just a little.

The melon thudded against the rock delicately, but remained unharmed.

Huh. Maybe, Kasumi thought, she'd be able to think about it better if she brought it back to the place she was staying. So, dragging the melon along the ground, through the dirt and grass with little regard to how dirty it got or what else may have happened to it, she started back to her apartment.

The melon followed -- er, in a manner of speaking -- her to her apartment, a little dirtier, but otherwise unharmed.
