Trust
So, let's just say I'm a pretty trusting person. People can even cross me a few times and I'd still trust them.
In result, the last few days have cost me:
A $300 check that will NEVER reach me
An extra 2-4 hours I'll be driving in the middle of the night
Possibly an internship (this is a the handywork of... oh 3/4 people?)
