Well, for the second time this year my personal things (that may or may not be something of value in a literal or emotional state) have been brutally run over on the great roads of the Mid-West.
Today, on my way back from Barnes and Noble's, my cell phone was run over after falling from my pocket while crossing Lincoln Avenue. Noticing this nearly 10-15 minutes later, by the time I returned it was in millions of shattered pieces across the street. I certainly and probably looked like an ass trying to pick the pieces up in order to find the memory cards.
So be it, I will not have any sort of cell phone service for the next week. I have some runaround to do with the people in Tampa and mailing and it all sucks to bloody hell. Also, I most likely lost your phone number. Please do not assume that because I call you often I may have it memorized. This is not the case. I literally can not remember a single phone number that belongs to any non-family member. This is nothing against you... this is the result of the digital age and relying on "fail-safe" methods.
PLEASE contact me and give me your cell phone and other important phone numbers!!! You are more than welcome to post here, or contact me on AIM at JoyaDelMar, or e-mail me at mp71 @ evansville.edu. I will be screening all comments so none of your numbers will be publicly posted.
In other notes, a very cute older man at B&N told me that he had to leave the chair next to me, because he was just called for a hot date... with his wife. :)
