Say you're going to write about a pizza parlor that's been in business for about 30-some years.
Here's what I know about it already:
- owned by a husband and wife born in Sicily and raised in Genova.
- the husband learned his pizza-making skills in Genova.
- the pizza place is on an out-of-the-way street and has managed to survive for ages mostly by word of mouth.
- Ray Romano, of "Everybody Loves Raymond" fame, calls it his favorite pizza and refers to the pizzeria by pseudonym on the show.
What else would you want to know?
