As of this afternoon, I am officially finished with all of my graduatory requirements. Of course I left CLEP-ing out of Math until the last possible week, but I somehow passed out of algebra, my last class left. Anyone that remembers my mathematical past knows what an amazing feat of all that is natural me passing that exam was.
Since we spoke last, dear journal, I have gained some sense of employment in Boston. I got hired with a teaching firm that will, hopefully, be quite profitable. I might be concerned that I wouldn't get a full studio fast enough, for economics state, but my beautiful amazing quite darlingpants Cambone is phenomenally successful in what he does, and will be supporting us by flying all over the country to sing really old shit, and make the big bucks doing it. Cha-ching!
But really. I will be self sufficient. It's really kind of ridiculous how much you can make with a music degree if you are willing to whore yourself out to 5 year olds. I have calculated that to live comfortably, IE< with a cute monthly shopping budget, I need to work at least 6.5 hours a week. PHEW! I am exhausted.
But, in order to be worried about paying bills, I need to be,like, living somewhere, right!?! Well I am. Schwartz, John-o, Cambone, and I will be cohabitating in a 2600 foot beauty in East Arlington, Mass. We are in the bizarre situation of having multiple guest rooms, so...feel free to visit. Really! Everyone! I know that pretty much 75% of people I know will ponder a graduate school in Boston, so take advantage of my sweetness.
I know, it's a "wha..?" picture. Our house is kind of on the left, and that's our fairly New Englandy neighborhood. I sort of half pinky-promise that I will take better pictures upon our arrival.
So. Schwartz is going to pick up the 26 foot monster of a moving truck in San Antonio on August 10th, he will arrive in Denton on August 11th, the same date as our hypothetical "Beth Graduated, we're moving!" party, and August 13th, early in the morning, we will begin the three day trek to Boston, hopefully, with Walkie Talkies. We will be accompanied by two cats, the Crushinator and Flexo, and of course, Roro, the dainty dog.
Speaking of Moving. We're selling everything in the world.
Does anyone want some Roy Rogers Esque Oak furniture?
How about a 1990 Volvo? - I'll make you a rad deal.
ALSO: We need a new Queen Sized Mattress, fast. Anyone looking to get rid of one for a reasonable $$?
I think that's enough for now, probably longest entry in years.
Oh. New address.

For real now, though, I am DONE.
