YAY this is an awesome small set! Love all the colors and compositions! Don't worry about the interpretations, these are very good inspirations for icons; the interpretative takes like symbolism and characters were mentioned in the post just to not intimidate people who might otherwise think the icons have to have text. Of course for someone comfortable with text that's a great way to do the challenge :)
I don't know how to pick favorites from these tbh, they're all gorgeous. I LOVE the powerful vibe in 1, from the stark contrast and the silhouette to the texture use. The text use and extra vibrant colors in 3 look so fun and eye-catching, and the pink, trippy look on 4 is fantastic as well (the swirly texture use is a great touch)! Love everything about 7, the composition is spectacular and the colors are just deliciously pastelly. Also omg a MCR icon in2022??! LOVE that song, and I think the icon captures the dramatic, majestic vibe of the song very well!
But really the entire set is spectacular, I love how many well thought out details there are in your icons always. Thanks so much for entering :)
Thank you so much for the lovely comment! :D I'm so glad you like 7, it is the one that convinced me less until the end when I completely changed the colors last minute before finishing it. And when I make sudden changes it takes me a while to know if I like it better or not lol Yay MCR! I've always loved that song too ♥︎
