People say you don't act like a "normal" leader. That may be true, but for all the good reasons. You know how to pace yourself, and though you don't talk as much as you probably should, you know what to say and when to say it. Maybe that's also why you have this calming effect on so many people. :) I wish that you'd have more days off to go fishing, and don't forget the sunblock. :P
