Its a gear shift knob isn't it? My brother, some 30 years ago, had one very much like that. I can't be sure but the size seems about right. My guess anyway.

there's a load of skull car accessories here. I think sometimes that young males are alien creatures when they think this makes their car/bike look impressive.
