1. Know your question
2. Take your focus off the question
3. Allow your focus to go deeply inward, into your body. Will will call this your center.
4. Take a breath and expand that center outward until you reach your skin. What do your senses notice? What do you perceive, know, see, feel, hear, remember, taste, and smell? Where does your attention focus?
5. Take a breath and expand that center outward, beyond your skin, outward to all that you can perceive around you. what do your senses notice? What do you perceive, know, see, feel, hear, remember, taste, and smell? Where does your attention focus?
6. Take a breath and expand that center outward as far as it wishes to go. What do your senses notice? What do you perceive, know, see, feel, hear, remember, taste, and smell? Where does your attention focus?
7. Notice where your attention focused in each experience.
8. You have the information you need to formulate your answer.

Don't worry about whether you understand what the Quick hit abbove was designed to do. It is enough for now that you experienced the exercise.
