I'm not really a horoscope person, but it is funny to see how things do match sometimes. Hmms... ^^
So I tried to install Linux and it was a complete and total nightmare. Apparently my motherboard doesn't like it, an it doesn't like my motherboard. I finally got Knoppix on there after trying Fedora and Ubuntu only to find that installing things through apt-get worked about 20% of the time for some reason. My camera won't work on there, gnome barely worked on there. Things kept locking up (Linux isn't suppose to lock up!!!) and overall it was just not a good experience.
So I am back to windows. :( Sadly I will just have to make-due with lite-step and make my computer look as unlike Microsoft as possible until I can afford a Mac. lol Maybe Jesse will be able to fix things later? Idunno.. I really don't want him to mess with anything on my computer after this entire fiasco.
Sigh...
So lately I've just been bumming around looking at ADORABLE Anne Geddes photos. It's too cold to go anywhere and lots of people left for the 3 day weekend, so I'm just sitting around drawing, reading, and totally not caring that I should be studying for things. Consequently, there will probably be a lot of annoying quizzes on here. ^^
Aside from wanting to bash my computer in with a baseball bat, all is well. I have been kind of lonely lately, but it's my own fault for sleeping so much and basically being unimpressive as far as a social life is concerned. I'm sure I'll get together for some Indian movie madness though! :D And talking all night for no reason with Zeba, Salima, Farheen, Vaneet, Nikki, and Kushal was probably the most fun I've had in a long while.
I think I'm going to go clean my room now, and maybe study some Spanish before I search for some fun.
