I've lost 12 pounds!!! Yay!!!

I still would like to lose another 30 pounds, but I've definitely made a good start and I already feel healthier and happier. And my clothes fit better. Not best, but better :)

J and I are going to get a couple of mountain bikes to take advantage of the trails around here, and to get some good exercise. I'm hoping the dogs will want to run along with us. Bandit is pretty lazy, and also he likes to attack other people riding bicycles :P Brooklyn I think will LOVE it, he likes to run fast and hates when we force him to only walk. I'm really happy J wants to do this with me. I just wanted a bike to be able to ride to my mom's house and save some gas.

Today is pretty sunny out, but it's still chilly. After working out this morning, I really don't want to spend any time outside, but I know I should. We might not see the sun for a long time!!

p.s. I think I'm done numbering positive days. Because counting them means they might end :)
