Relay for Life!!
Hello everyone! I'm participating in "Relay for LIfe" to raise money for cancer research, since my dad has lung cancer this has been a pretty big event in my family for the past couple of years. Last year was a lot of fun, and I'm really excited to have J5 go this year.
EXCEPT! with all the hubbub of moving and other things, I kind of forgot about when the Relay was and it snuck up and so far I've only raised $10 (my entrance fee). If any of you could donate a little bit, I would really appreciate it!! Technically, my mom said I could walk in her place since she's in Wyoming on a last minute trip to visit my sister, but I feel kind of bad that I haven't done much.

Even if you don't donate, I will update this weekend on everything that happens, and my new camera came today, so maybe there will be some pictures!!
My favorite part is the "luminaries" when they turn off all the lights, and the track is only lit by candles in bags that people have decorated for their loved ones. It's very touching. And pancakes in the morning, also an excellent part!!
