I downloaded a trial of photoshop and got this...

It doesn't look as good as yours but I think it's the picture.
I'd still love it if you'd translate to PSP cause my photoshop trial is gonna run out soon.

Oh hmm. It should be the same. The only part that would change should be that selective color part.
