m and i finally made it back to sea salt restaurant today and it was fantastic. i need to bring all my friends there.
me: seared steelhead with pea sprouts, roasted potatoes, horseradish cream and steelhead roe. one of my favorite fishes ever.
m: trout, bacon and lettuce sandwich. it looked excellent and came with mixed greens and a really delicious slaw.
after that we went to watch capote, which is highly recommended. philip seymour hoffman is incredible. i've decided that one of my goals in life is to not only have a movie made about me, but one in which the ending contains a line about me having died due to complications from alcoholism.
