last night was ROUGH. finally had my breakdown/realization i knew would come. of course right before i start my period and im drunk.kat cleaned my ass up off the bathroom floor.

but it was good to let out how i felt about everything. isnt that why the health clinic gave me a shrink...that ive only seen once.
