Psychology 1152r - Cognitive Evolution Laboratory
In monkey lab, I'm studying music evolution! Right now, we're looking at the ability of vocal-learning birds to distinguish and move to a beat, and soon we'll be moving on to the tamarins. The expectation is that they won't be able to distinguish the beat, but we're going to try to get them to dance :)
My semester is going well, and I haven't yet felt ridiculously behind or out of control of my life. I'm still happy and in love. I have two interviews this week for jobs next year.
In short, life is good.
